Objectives
- Achieving health care safety – for care givers as well as patients. Health care safety being an essential element of the right to health. Health professionals on the one hand, and patients on the other, have the right to expect that the work they are doing and the care they are receiving are not such as to entail risks for their health and their lives.More generally,
- To promote a public health system which, by its capacities in human resources, enables populations of lesser developed countries to combat large epidemics such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.
